Our Meeting

The signer presents a government-issued ID to the notary to verify their identity. The notary reviews the document to ensure that it is complete and contains all necessary information. The signer signs the document in the presence of the notary. The notary applies their official seal or stamp to the document, indicating that the document has been notarized. The notary signs the document, indicating that they have witnessed the signing and verified the signer's identity. The notary creates a record of the notarization, including the signer's ID information and a description of the document. The notary charges a fee for their services and provides a receipt if requested.

Final

Once a document has been notarized, it is considered legally binding and can be used as evidence in court or other legal proceedings. The notary's signature and seal indicate that they have verified the identity of the signer and confirmed that the document is authentic, which helps to prevent fraud and ensures the validity of the document.
